1. Discovery
Our design process is highly collaborative, because we know that the most effective solutions come from really getting to know our clients and their needs. During the initial interview we learn your goals, explain our services, and make recommendations on how to begin your project. We cover everything from function, to aesthetics, to budget.
2. Design
As part of your design phase, we take a 3D laser scan of your home to explore the space and use the information for the planning and construction phases. Once the design is ready, we present design plans – your feedback at this point is very important. From these, your designer will begin comprehensive pricing of your project. Final selections will be made for materials & appliances. If you choose to work with us for the construction phase, your design fee will be applied towards your project cost.
3. Planning & Pricing
When all design requirements are complete and selections are made, your designer will present formal design plan and drawings. A printed proposal with an itemized listing is included.
4. Construction & Installation
We coordinate the construction and installation schedule, and provide an estimated timeline. We will discuss the logistics ahead of time with you, and keep you updated regularly.
